Vance celebrates energy conservation with big party

The party celebrated the end of the Air Education and Training Command Energy Management Incentive Award program, which lasted from July 2008 to June 2009. The program measured the energy usage of 12 Air Force bases, including Vance. The base that saves the highest percentage of energy will earn $1.5 million. There were games, food and music.
