ORDER OF STAY

    By order, dated March 1, 1989, I directed the parties to show cause, within 10 days of my order, why further proceedings in this case should not be stayed until I decided the issue of jurisdiction in certain other cases before me. By letter of March 14, 1989, counsel for Respondent E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, advised that Respondent du Pont does not object to the stay.

   Time for response having expired and there being no objection by any party, I herewith stay further proceedings in this case until the issue of jurisdiction in the consolidated cases, Case No. 86-ERA-15 and Case No. 87-ERA-12, is decided.
