Case No.: 91-ERA-40
    92-ERA-49

In the Matter of

ROBERT H. MOODY,
   Complainant

    v.

TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY,
   Respondent

ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE

Respondent, Tennessee Valley Authority, moves for an order consolidating Complainant's July 23, 1992 appeal from the July 17, 1992 decision by the Wage and Hour Division with Complainant's complaint at Docket No. 91-ERA-40. Respondent avers that substantially similar evidence is relevant and material to the matters at issue in both cases and thus consolidation would promote efficiency and economy. Respondent also offers that Complainant's counsel concurs in the motion to consolidate.

AND NOW, this 26th day of August, 1992, it is hereby ordered that Respondent's motion to consolidate is granted.
