    On the 25th day of September 1990 Complainant, Kathy Borchert, failed to appear for trial in accordance with Order Rescheduling Trial entered September 5, 1990. Complainant also failed to respond to the Order to Show Cause entered October 3, 1990.

    It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this case is hereby DISMISSED.
