                        RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL


                At a session of said Court held on the 25th day of August, 1994,
         
                     PRESENT: HONORABLE ROBERT G. MAHONY


     This matter having come before the Court on a Release and
Settlement Agreement executed by the parties, this judge having
reviewed the Agreement and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises,

     IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that an Order enter by the
Secretary of Labor dismissing the United States Department of
Labor proceedings in the above-captioned matter with full
prejudice and without costs, interest, or attorneys' fees to any
party.
