PREJUDICE
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties on file herein and
good cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that complainant's complaint be
dismissed with prejudice with each party to bear its own
costs and attorney fees. The parties have provided all terms of
the asttlement agreement to the undersigned who has reviewed them
in camera. The undersigned also determined the settlement to to
fair and equitable and in the public interest. Upon request of
the parties the terms of the settlement have been separately filed
in a sealed envelope and are considered to be confidential
commercial or financial information which have not been disclosed
to the public. Pursuant to 29 CFR Section 70.26 Respondent
requests predisclosure notification.
