ORDER OF DISMISSAL

    By letter dated September 1, 1988 (a copy of which is attached hereto marked "A" and is made a part hereof by reference), the Claimant Thomas F. Vetra informed the undersigned that he had negotiated a settlement of his claim against the Employer Globe Security Systems.

    Therefore, since no further action remains to be done by the undersigned, it is hereby ORDERED that the Pre-Hearing Conference scheduled for September 27, 1988 be cancelled and that this action be DISMISSED.
