Attached is a copy of motion for Summary Judgement filed by Employer based on alleged failure by Complainant to file his Complaint timely pursuant to the thirty day limitation under 29 C.F.R. 24.3(b). Complainant, who has previously been furnished a copy of said motion by Counsel for Employer, must file a response thereto to be received by the undersigned no later than July 19, 1988. Both parties are still under order to file the necessary pre-trial information set forth in my Order of June 10, 1988.
