Came on this date to be considered Respondent's Motion For Summary Decision filed December 23, 1988 requesting dismissal of this case. A hearing was conducted January 24, 1989 and Claimant filed a response February 27, 1989. After having reviewed the arguments of the parties, the Court is of the opinion that Claimant's lack of a high school diploma or equivalency is dispositive of this case. It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this case is hereby DISMISSED. Entered this 15th day of March, 1989, at Metairie, Louisiana.
