    This matter is before the undersigned upon the Joint Motion of the parties seeking approval of the Settlement and Dismissal of this Cause.

    Upon review of the Release and Settlement Agreement and due consideration of the Joint Motion, it is hereby ordered that:

    A) The Release and Settlement Agreement of the parties be and hereby is approved as to form and substance;

    B) This matter be and is hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 24.5(e)(4); and

    C) The Release and Settlement Agreement of the parties not be made a part of the record hereof for the reason that the parties in good faith agreed that it remain confidential.
