    Came on this date to be considered the letter dated March 15, 1988 in which Complainant, John A. Corder, requests a withdrawal of this claim. By letter dated March 15, 1988 Employer, Bechtel Corporation, states that it has no objection to a dismissal of this case.

    It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this case is hereby DISMISSED pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 24.5(4).

    It is, further ORDERED, that the trial scheduled for March 24, 1988 is hereby CANCELLED.
