ORDER OF DISMISSAL

    Complainant, Paul Jensen, filed a complaint on October 17, 1986, under the provisions of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. §5851. After a hearing concerning this matter was continued at the request of Complainant, Complainant submitted a letter on November 27, 1987, requesting that his complaint be withdrawn. On December 3, 1987, an Order to Show Cause was issued directing the parties to show cause within 10 days why the complaint should not be dismissed. As of this date, no response has been received from any party to this action.

    Therefore, it is ORDERED that this claim be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of 29 C.F.R. §24.5(e)(4).
