ERRATA

     On April 18, 1995, the Secretary issued a Final Decision and
Order in this case.  The first sentence of the first full
paragraph on page 5 contains a typographical error.  That
sentence should read:  "Complainant is therefore entitled to back
pay in the amount of $173.56 per week from the time of his
discharge on May 19, 1994 until such time that a bona fide offer
of reinstatement is (or was) made."  Pursuant to Secretary's
Order 3-90, 55 Fed. Reg. 13,250 (April 9, 1990), the Final
Decision and Order is amended accordingly,
     SO ORDERED.
