                         FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     On March 17, 1995, I issued an Order to Show Cause in this
case which arises under the employee protection provision of the
Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982, 49 U.S.C.A.
§ 31105 (West 1994).  The parties were directed to show
cause within ten days of receipt of the order, why this case
should not be dismissed pursuant to 29 C.F.R. §
18.6(d)(2)(v) (1994).  The prescribed period has expired and
neither party has responded.
     Accordingly, pursuant to Section 18.6(d)(2)(v), this case IS
DISMISSED.
     SO ORDERED.
