                          NOTICE OF CASE CLOSING

     The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued a Decision and
Order approving Settlement and Withdrawal of Complaint on
February 2, 1994, in this case arising under the employee
protection provision of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act
of 1982, 49 U.S.C. app. § 2305 (1988).  Under 29 C.F.R. 
§ 1978.111(d)(2) (1992), where a settlement has been
approved by the ALJ no further action is required.  Accordingly,
this case IS CLOSED.
