                ERRATA ORDER

     A Recommended Decision and Order Approving Settlement and
Dismissing the Appeal of the Respondent was issued on May 26,
1995.  This Errata Order is issued in order to change the title
to reflect it is a final decision and order.  Therefore, the
title of this decision is amended to read:

     DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSING
              THE APPEAL OF THE RESPONDENT

     All other portions of the original decision and order remain
unchanged.
