               DECISION AND ORDER-APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT 
                          AND DISMISSAL OF CASE  

     At trial in this matter the above named parties, in open court, amicably
resolved their dispute through a settlement which is memorialized in the documents
appended hereto (March 16, 1994 certification on behalf of respondent and
complainant's March 16, 1994 acceptance of said certification in settlement of the
complaint).
     Pursuant to 29 CFR 1978.111(d) (2) said settlement is approved as being fair
and equitable. 
     Accordingly, the subject complaint having been settled, the case is dismissed.
