                        ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

     Pursuant to a Notice of Hearing and Prehearing Order issued
December l5, l993, this case was scheduled for hearing on January
l9, l994 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  All parties were instructed to file
a prehearing statement on or before January l2, l994 containing
certain information as stated in the Prehearing Order.  Curtis L.
Cornett, attorney for Lend Lease Trucks, has filed a response to
the Order and has requested a continuance in this matter.  
     The Complainant, Daniel C. Schmitt, has failed to file any
response to the Prehearing Order.
     It is therefore,
     Ordered that the Complainant, Daniel C. Schmitt, show cause,
in writing, on or before January 24, l994, why his complaint should
not be dismissed due to his failure to respond to the Prehearing
Order; and,
     It is further Ordered that the hearing scheduled for January
l9, l994, in Cincinnati, Ohio is hereby cancelled.
