   In light of the Stipulation of Settlement signed by all parties submitted on November 23, 1998 and the fact that Complainant's personnel file was expunged on or before December 3, 1998 in accordance with such Stipulation, it is hereby ORDERED that the hearing scheduled in the above-captioned matter for December 15, 16 and 17, 1998 is Canceled and this matter is deemed Settled.
