It has been brought to the Court's attention that the first paragraph of the Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration entered May 18, 1999 contains an error. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the first paragraph of the Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration should read as follows: Came on this date to be considered the filing by Respondent dated May 17, 1999. After reviewing the pleading, this Court will treat it as a Motion for Reconsideration. Entered this 15th day of June, 1999, at Metairie, Louisiana.
