FINAL ORDER

   The Adjudicatory Settlement and Motion to Approve which contains the stipulation and agreement of the parties is hereby incorporated by reference for all purposes and hereby adopted as the final disposition of this matter. Accordingly, the abovestyled and numbered action is hereby dismissed with prejudice, subject only to this office's continuing jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of the Adjudicatory Settlement and Motion to Approve adopted herein as the final disposition of this matter, with each party to pay its own costs, fees, or other expenses incurred at any stage of these proceedings.

   So ORDERED this 17th day of June, 1998.
