   On November 4, 1997, the parties submitted settlement agreements to the Office of Administrative Law Judges for review. See Tankersley v. Triple Crown Services, Inc., 92-STA-8 (ALJ Oct. 20, 1992).

   I find that the agreements are fair, adequate and reasonable. The Settlement Agreements, incorporated herein, are hereby APPROVED and ADOPTED in their entirety. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED. See Thompson v. G. & W. Transportation Co., Inc., 90-STA-25 (Sec'y Oct. 24, 1990).
