In the Matter of Brown, ERA-103 (Sec'y July 1, 1980)

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
CASE NO. ERA-103

In the Matter of

Jack Brown

O R D E R

Jack Brown filed a complaint alleging discrimination against him in his employment by Inryco Inc., because of activities to carry out the purposes of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, in violation of Section 210 of that Act (92 Stat. 2951; 42 U.S.C. 5851).

An investigation of the allegations revealed that they were unfounded and that no violation of Section 210 of the Act was committed.

Mr. Brown and Inryco, Inc., were advised of the results of the investigation, and an opportunity for a hearing was offered. Neither party has requested a hearing.

Accordingly, I find that it has not been shown that Section 210 of the Act was violated as alleged, and the complaint is hereby dismissed.

Dated at Washington, D.C.
