BEFORE: THE SECRETARY OF LABOR

    On September 17, 1987, the Secretary issued an Order Approving Settlement of this case and dismissing this case with prejudice. Subsequently, Complainant filed a Motion for Reconsideration in which Complainant requests that the Secretary delete that sentence of the order which dismissed the case with prejudice. Respondent opposes Complainant's motion.

    Complainant's Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
