CAROLINA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY,
Pursuant to my Order of January 18, 1985, the parties have submitted signed copies of the settlement agreement entered into between them on November 7, 1984. Inasmuch as the terms of the agreement are equitable, it is approved. I therefore accept the Administrative Law Judge's recommendation in his Order of November 15, 1984, that the complaint should be dismissed. Accordingly, the complaint is DISMISSED.
