    Complainant has submitted to me a copy of the settlement agreement he has entered into with Respondent. The terms of this agreement are approved pursuant to section 2622 (b) (2) (A) of the Toxic Substance Control Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2622. Accordingly, as stipulated by the parties, the complaint in this case is dismissed with prejudice.
