Chicago Bridge and Iron Company
In accordance with an Order of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit of June 28, 1982, vacating and remanding the Secretary's decision of June 25, 1981, this matter is remanded to the Office of Administrative Law Judges for further proceedings consistent with the court's Order. After such proceedings, the Administrative Law Judge shall issue a new recommended decision which shall be submitted to the Secretary for issuance of a final Order under 29 CFR 24.6.
