    It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal filed on October 21,1986 in response to Judge Lindeman's Decision on Motions to Disqualify Respondents' Counsel, For Default Judgment, and For Sanctions of September 25, 1986 be dismissed as moot because the parties have reached an agreement on the appeal issues. It is further ORDERED that the case be returned to Judge Lindeman for further proceedings.
