    The above cause came on to be heard, and it appearing to the Administrative Law Judge that the parties have agreed that the matters in controversy in this proceeding have been compromised and settled, and it appearing that this proceeding should be dismissed with full prejudice, and that the parties, through the signatures of their attorneys hereto, consent to such dismissal;

    It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this proceeding be, and it hereby is, dismissed with full prejudice.
