    On February 12, 1985 the parties to this proceeding filed a Stipulation of Dismissal, which is their prerogative under the regulations at 29 C.F.R. § 18.9 (c) (2).

    In light of the settlement that has been arrived at and the Stipulation of Dismissal entered, I hereby ORDER that this case be DISMISSED with prejudice.
