Case No. 84-ERA-32

In the Matter of

LINDA BARNES

    v.

BROWN & ROOT, INC.

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The representative of the claimant in the case, Billie Jean Garde, filed an undated motion which was received by this office of October 1, 1984. In this motion, Ms. Garde requests that this proceeding be dismissed. Action with respect to the motion has been deferred pending confirmation from the claimant, that she desired such dismissal. Inasmuch as claimant has not seen fit to make her wishes known, no purpose would be served by affording her more time to prove the written confirmation which was contemplated in Ms. Garde's motion.

Accordingly, this proceeding is hereby DISMISSED.
