On July 23, 1987, an Order to Show Cause was issued. By letter received July 27, 1987; John B. Lashbrook, Esquire, counsel for Baldwin Associates, advised that the parties had discussed, but not reached, settlement; he requested a hearing date in early September 1987. In view of this letter, it is ORDERED that cause has been shown why this case should not be dismissed.
