    Pursuant to motions of the parties, an order was entered on April 7, 1987, regarding discovery and limiting Plaintiff's recovery. Thereafter, nothing further was received in this office from counsel, despite a tentative schedule to complete discovery, submission of documents and briefing.

    On June 23, 1987, I requested a status report from counsel. No response was received.

    In view of the failure of response, it is ORDERED that the parties show cause, within 15 days from the issuance of this Order, why this case should not be dismissed.
