Office of Administrative Law Judges 1111 20th Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20036 Case No. 84-ERA-16 In the Matter of
BOBBY W. BRONSON,
v.
THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY,
An order issued by the undersigned on March 12, 1984 required the parties in the above-captioned matter to submit on or before May 1, 1984 prehearing information setting forth the issues to be decided, the facts stipulated and disputed, the witnesses and their testimony and the documents to be used as evidence. The Order also set the hearing for the case during the week of June 11-15, 1984 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. By May 14, 1984, the Complainant had not filed the required materials. Consequently, pursuant to the regulations at 29 C.F.R. 24(e)(4)(B)(ii), I issued an order directing the Complainant to show good cause why his claim should not be dismissed for his failure to submit the prehearing exchange as directed by my earlier [Page 2] order. To date the Complainant has also failed to comply with this Order. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED pursuant to 29 C.F.R. §24(e)(4)(B) that this case is DISMISSED.
G. MARVIN BOBER
