This matter is before the undersigned upon the motion of the
parties seeking approval of a Settlement Stipulation and dismissal
of this cause.
Upon review of the Release and Settlement Stipulation,
executed by all parties, and the undersigned having been advised
that the terms thereof have been fulfilled,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED,
A.) The Release and Settlement Stipulation of the
parties is approved as to form and substance;
B.) This matter is dismissed with prejudice pursuant
to 29 C.F.R. § 24.5(e)(4); and,
C.) The Release and Settlement Stipulation of the
parties is not made a part of the record hereof for the reason
that the parties in good faith have agreed that such documents
remain confidential.
