    This proceeding under the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §5851, was scheduled for hearing on February 22, 1984. On February 13, 1984, the claimant James A. Welsh, filed a pleading stating that he was withdrawing his complaint against the respondent, International Nutronics,. Inc. He moved that the hearing be cancelled. The claimant's motion is granted.

    The hearing scheduled for February 22, 1984, is cancelled and this proceeding is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
