SBCC FEE SCHEDULE

 

All groups or persons booking the SBCC will be charged rent for all uses according to the rates used below.  All fees are subject to change without notice.  Permittees are responsible for their own technical personnel, who must be approved by the center’s Technical Manager.  No refunds will be issued for unused scheduled time or security.

 

Theater Rental Fees:

$200.00          Performances (Each time audience changes or every 4 hours. Performers will be allowed entry no more than 2 hours in advance and must be out of theater no more than 1/2 hr after show or additional fees apply. Included in basic fee: first 8 hrs of setup time/2 hrs strike time before midnight.)

$  25.00           Additional Scheduled use per hour 8:00 am - midnight

$  50.00           Additional scheduled use per hour midnight – 8:00 am

$  50.00           Unscheduled use per hour 8:00 am - midnight

$ 100.00          Unscheduled use per hour  midnight – 8:00 am

$ 22.00/hr       Tech Director Replacement will apply if use exceeds 8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week         

            $ 22.00/hr       Security 2 hrs minimum for parking lot, Permittee required to have security for all events, and  weekend use  from move-in, to move-out time.

            $   1 .00           Surcharge on all advance tickets sold at SBCC

            $  50.00           Marquee 3 lines for 1 week.  30 Days notice required.

                       

            No Charge      Sound: –2 wireless handheld microphones, 2 floor mics (PZM), use of CD players, House main speakers, 2 Sidefill speakers  (Permittee must provide experienced personnel to operate).                                                 

            $100.00           Sound Reinforcement – Use of any additional sound equipment in inventory*.  Please see current tech sheets for inventory. 

            *$30                Wireless: Professional Shure wireless microphone (SM 58 Handheld, Lavaliere, Headset, or Instrument)  Not included in Sound Reinforcement .

          

            No Charge      Lighting: -Use of house lighting plot. (Permittee must provide experienced personnel to operate).                                                 

            $100.00           Independent Lighting Plot – Use of any additional lighting equipment in inventory.  Permitee may alter current lighting plot.  FAILURE TO RESTORE WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $100.00 CHARGE Please see current tech sheets for inventory.  

         

$100.00           Dance Floor (Marley) (Permittee must provide experienced personnel to set up). Facility will provide 3 rolls of black tape (floor requires 2 1/2 rolls).

 

Multi Purpose Room (rental fee included in performance fee for use during performances):

            $  60.00           Multi-purpose room   Half Day (4 hour block)                    

            $  85.00           Multi-purpose room   Full Day                     

            $  25.00           Additional charge for Food/Reception in Multi-purpose room

            $100.00           Video Projector 5000 Lumen Every 4 hours of use. Includes FOH Video Equip.  See  tech sheet for inventory. (Permittee must provide experienced personnel to operate).

            $  30.00           Television (VCR / DVD Combo)

            $  30.00           Film Projector (16mm)  (Permittee must provide experienced personnel to operate).

            $  25.00           Overhead/slide projector (Permittee must provide experienced personnel to operate).
