Cost and Payment Options Domestic individual subscription rates are $48 per year (per single issue, $23). International customer rates are $62.20 per year (per single issue $32.20). Prices include first class shipping and handling. The Superintendent of Documents accepts payment via check, or by major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Lapsed Subscription If your subscription has expired, the Dear Subscriber Letter will provide you with instructions on how you can continue to receive the latest developments, changes, and challenges affecting the Medicare and Medicaid Programs and the U.S. health care system.
