ORDER OF REMAND
The Wage Appeals Board, United States Department of Labor,
is in receipt Petitioner's motion, requesting that the captioned
matter be remanded to the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division
for consideration of additional information and a new final
determination. It is averred that counsel for the Administrator
has no objection to the motion for remand being granted.
Therefore, for good cause shown and there being no opposition, it
is hereby
Ordered, that this matter is hereby remanded to the Wage and
Hour Division for reconsideration of additional information to be
submitted by Petitioner and issuance of a new final
determination.. It is further
Ordered, that the Administrator shall issue a new final
determination within sixty days of the date of this Order and
that the Administrator shall provided the Board with a copy of
the new ruling on the date of issuance.
