[1] WAGE APPEALS BOARD UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WASHINGTON, D. C. In the Matter of: VETERANS CANTEEN SERVICE WAB Case No. 95-11 With respect to an employee complaint filed by Paul L. Miller concerning work performed on the renovation of the concession/cafeteria property at the Veterans Administration facility in Northport, New York DATED: October 31, 1995 ORDER OF REMAND The Wage Appeals Board, United States Department of Labor, is in receipt of the Wage and Hour Division Administrator's motion for remand filed in the captioned matter. Motion at 3. For good cause shown, it is hereby Ordered, that this matter is remanded to the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division for further consideration and issuance of a final ruling within 10 days of the date of this Order. The Administrator is directed to provide the Board a copy of the ruling on remand on the date of issuance. The parties and interested persons are advised that the Board will issue a new briefing schedule upon issuance of the final ruling. BY ORDER OF THE BOARD: GERALD F. KRIZAN, ESQ.
