In the Matter of: ALARM CONTROL COMPANY WAB Case No. 94-15 DATED: September 30, 1994 ORDER OF REMAND The Wage Appeals Board, United States Department of Labor, is in receipt of a Statement in Support of Petition for Review, filed by Petitioners International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers ("IBEW") and IBEW Local No. 354. Petitioners have attached to their Statement a copy of their request for the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, to reconsider her ruling of August 12, 1994. Petitioners further request that the Board hold the captioned matter in abeyance pending the Administrator's ruling on reconsideration. In the interest of expediting this matter, the Board has determined the instant matter should be remanded to the Administrator for her reconsideration of the issues raised by Petitioners. It is therefore Ordered, that the captioned matter is remanded to the Wage and Hour Division for the Administrator's reconsideration of the August 12, 1994 ruling. It is further Ordered, that all Parties and Intervening Interested Persons shall have the opportunity to participate in the Wage and Hour Division's reconsideration of this matter. It is further Ordered, that the Administrator shall complete her reconsideration of this matter on or before 60 days from the date of this Order -- November 29, 1994.
