DECISION OF THE WAGE APPEALS BOARD
This matter is before the Wage Appeals Board pursuant to the
request filed by Bryan Electrical Construction, Inc. ( Bryan ),
seeking reconsideration of the Board's December 30, 1994 decision
in the captioned matter. A copy of Bryan's request for
reconsideration -- dated January 20, 1995 -- was received by the
Board on or about March 10, 1995. Bryan's request is
incorrectly addressed and the original has not been located.
Bryan objects to the fact that the Board rendered a decision
in this matter without conducting oral argument. The Board is
empowered to grant -- in its discretion -- requests for argument.
29 C.F.R. 7.14(b). No new factual information or legal arguments
are presented in the request for reconsideration. Accordingly,
our December 30, 1994 decision is reaffirmed. The Board will
entertain no further consideration of this matter.
