ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Wage Appeals Board, United States Department of Labor,
is in receipt of a "Final Status Report," filed by counsel for
the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division in the captioned
matter. Counsel aver "that Damon Insulation Company has
submitted sufficient proof of payment of back wages to 28
employees, in accordance with a settlement agreement, to allow
Wage and Hour to request the release of withheld funds to the
contractor." Counsel has accordingly requested that this matter
be dismissed as moot. For good cause shown, it is hereby
Ordered, that the captioned matter is dismissed.
