The Wage Appeals Board, United States Department of Labor, is in receipt
of a motion filed by Petitioner Pacific Ventures, Inc., requesting the
Board to permit withdrawal of the Petition for Review, based on
settlement of the underlying labor standards dispute. For good cause
shown, it is hereby
Ordered, that the Petition for Review is dismissed with prejudice and
that the Wage and Hour Division Deputy Assistant Administrator's ruling
of May 26, 1993 (copy attached), is the final Agency action of the
United States Department of Labor with respect to the captioned matter.
