NOTICE OF CLARIFICATION
In view of confusion over the meaning of the wording used
in the Decision of the Wage Appeals Board dated June 10, 1977,
concerning the above captioned matter, the last sentence on
page 9 of the Decision should be changed to read as follows:
In fact past practice of the Wage and Hour Division is
contrary to the position of the BTD-BTC in this case as
it relates to the overall concept on Metro construction.
