ORDER TO REMAND
The Board of Service Contract Appeals, United States Department
of Labor, is in receipt of the Wage and Hour Division Administrator's
Motion to Remand the captioned matter for reconsideration of her final
ruling issued on November 4, 1994. For good cause shown, it is hereby
Ordered, that the captioned matter is remanded to the Wage and Hour
Division for the Administrator's reconsideration of the November 4, 1994
ruling. It is further
Ordered, that all Parties and Intervening Interested Persons shall
have the opportunity to participate in the Wage and Hour Division's
reconsideration of this matter. It is further
Ordered, that the Administrator shall complete her reconsideration
of this matter on or before 60 days from the date of this Order -- March
28, 1995. On the date of issuance, the Administrator shall provide the
Board with a copy of the ruling on reconsideration.
