ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Board of Service Contract Appeals, United States Department
of Labor, is in receipt of a the Wage and Hour Division Acting
Administrator's Notice, stating his intent to the withdraw the petition
for review of the April 23, 1993 decision and order issued by
Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") Joel R. Williams. Counsel have
requested the Board to remove this matter from the docket of pending
cases. Accordingly, it is Ordered, that the Acting Administrator's
petition for review is hereby dismissed with prejudice and that the
ALJ's decision and order is the final agency action of the Department of
Labor with respect to this matter.
