Williams. Counsel have requested the Board to remove this matter from the docket of pending cases. Accordingly, it is Ordered, that the Acting Administrator's petition for review is hereby dismissed with prejudice and that the ALJ's decision and order is the final agency action of the Department of Labor with respect to this matter.
