This case arises under the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract
Act of 1965, as amended, 41 U.S.C. [secs] 351-358 (1982), and the
implementing regulations at 29 C.F.R. Parts 4, 6, and 8 (1988).
Petitioner, DynCorp, Sheppard ENJJPT Division, filed a Petition for
Review contesting the Wage and Hour Administrator's final ruling
denying as untimely Petitioner's request for reconsideration of
Wage Determination 73-53 (Rev. 16).
The Administrator filed a Motion to Dismiss the Petition for
Review. On August 23, 1989, Petitioner filed a Withdrawal of
Petition for Review. [1]
