ORDER OF REMAND
On February 9, 1988, counsel for the Administrator filed a
motion for remand in the above-captioned case. The Administrator
seeks remand for further consideration of the issues towards
reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of this matter. The
motion states that Petitioner concurs in the motion.
For good cause shown, the Administrator's motion IS GRANTED,
and the above-captioned case is hereby remanded to the
Administrator for appropriate action.
