Request for Conformance of Wage Rates
ORDER
Counsel for the Administrator has filed a motion requesting
that this case be remanded so that the Administrator can give
further consideration to Petitioner's request for conformance, with
leave for the petition to be reinstated, if the Petitioner so
desires, within 60 days of the Administrator's action on the
conformance request.
In response to the motion, Petitioner states that it has no
objection to the motion for remand provided that Petitioner will be
granted leave to reinstate its petition for review within 60 days
of the Administrator's action on its request for conformance if
Petitioner so desires.
The motion for remand to the Administrator is GRANTED and
Petitioner is granted leave to reinstate its petition [1]
